The government is going to provide 42 types of services through citizen app in a year. The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has set a target of providing 42 types of government services through citizen app in the current fiscal year 2078/79.
The ministry is preparing to provide 42 types of services from the app by upgrading the citizen app in the current fiscal year. Currently, 22 types of services have been included in the citizen app, according to the ministry.
The government had launched the citizen app last April with the aim of providing all kinds of public services through mobile.
