The Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Dr. Vaikuntha Aryal has been appointed. A cabinet meeting held on Monday brought Aryal as the secretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.
Aryal had previously served as Secretary to the Prime Minister and the Office of the Council of Ministers. Hari Prasad Basyal, the then secretary of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, was relieved of his post on July 20.
When there was no secretary in the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, there was a problem in daily work.
