The world’s first summit on AI will be held

AI is becoming more popular with time, but its dangers are also increasing. Keeping this in mind, the governments of different countries have started taking various steps.


Meanwhile, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said on Wednesday that the world’s first summit on artificial intelligence will be held at the end of this year.

It will help countries develop a common approach to limit the risk of potential technological disasters by using their capabilities.

Ahead of his White House talks with US President Joe Biden in Washington on Thursday, Sunak said AI has incredible potential to improve our lives. But it is necessary to develop and use it in a safe way, he says.

In Thursday’s meeting, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak and US President Joe Biden discussed the development of AI technology. As officials from both countries said, the leaders plan to coordinate their approach to critical and emerging technologies while focusing on strengthening their economic security.

Palantir Technologies, a leading US technology company with more than 800 employees in the UK, has expressed its desire to establish the UK as the new European headquarters for AI development, with the British government agreeing.
