There is a directive that action will be taken if false details are given in the citizen app
If you register in the citizen app by giving false details, action will be taken. The Citizen App Operation and Management Directive 2078, recently approved by the government, states that action will be taken against those who register in the citizen app by giving false details.
The guideline states, “If the applicant registers with false details or registers or does any work through the app, such person will be prosecuted according to the prevailing law.”
The guideline states that there will be a committee to coordinate the operation of the citizen app and the flow of services through the citizen app.
Similarly, there will be a technical committee to make technical arrangements for providing services through citizen app. In addition, the government has repealed the earlier Citizen Mobile App Operation Guideline 2076.
