TikTok, Candy Crush, Twitter and Netflix cannot be used on French government phones

France has banned TikTok and Candy Crush from government phones. According to Le Monde’s report, it is now not possible to use Twitter and Netflix, along with French official Tiktok and Candy Cross.

The French government says that these apps affect the cyber security of both the government and its employees. This policy does not even apply to personal devices.

It has not yet been determined what the punishment will be for running this app. Even in the US, there is currently a discussion going on whether to ban Tiktok. Tiktok CEO So Chew has claimed that Tiktok is not an agent of China.
