Virgin Galactic and Richard Branson have successfully completed their first space flight. The crew included Richard Branson, Beth Moses, Colin Bennett and Shreesa Bandla. Richard Branson went to space as a mission expert in Spaceship to Unity.
He flew into space at 6:45 Nepali time yesterday. Amazon’s Blue Origin claims to have not reached the Virgin Galactic space. The Virgin Galactic reached an altitude of 53.4 miles, but the Carmen Line (space boundary) is at 62 miles.
It is claimed that only Bezos will cross the Carmen Line. But this flight is considered to be a great achievement for Virgin Galactic. The two will still be tested after the flight and the company plans to start commercial flights from 2022.
