Vivo has launched yet another of its Y series smartphones, the Vivo Y16, in Nepal. Together with the Vivo Y22s, the device landed in Nepal today.

Vivo Y16 Overview

Design

The Alive Y16 has a similar design to other Y-series smartphones that Vivo has released this year. It has two big camera circles at the back.

Display

The 6.51-inch IPS LCD display has an HD+ resolution with no high refresh rate support. It has a waterdrop notch.

MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. Announced in late 2018, the chipset was manufactured using a 12nm fabrication process.

It has two clusters of quad Arm Cortex-A53 cores and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU. The four performance cores are clocked at up to 2.3GHz and the four efficiency cores at up to 1.8GHz.

For memory, it includes 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

Camera

The back features a 13MP main camera and a 2MP macro camera. The front, on the other hand, has a 5MP selfie camera.
