WhatsApp bringing animated emoji to desktop

WhatsApp is going to bring an animated emoji feature for the desktop app. Information has come out that WhatsApp is working to bring the animated emoji feature to the beta version of the desktop app.

In the GIF released by Wabeta Info, the emoji can be seen as animation. In the animated version, the emojis jump and rotate.

After adding an animated version of an emoji, even if you send a static emoji, the moving emoji itself will be shared. There is no information yet whether the animated version can be closed or not.

These emojis will also have a small file size. It is said that this will help to make the chat feature even more enjoyable.
