Why did internet banking business decline?

While the business of various means of digital payment is increasing in the country, the business of internet banking has decreased.

In the last month of the last Fiscal Year 2077/78, the transaction amount through internet banking was Rs. 13.83 billion. Such turnover was Rs 19.48 billion in July / July of the previous year.

In this regard, the amount of internet banking transactions has decreased by 27 percent this year. Although the internet bank business has been increasing except for a few months last year, it has not been able to meet the previous year’s business.
