Today is Kathmandu Bandha or lets say Kathmandu is Bandha on the local
date Bhadau/Bhadra, 27, 2069 B.S. The bandha is from 6 A.M. to 12
mid-day. So today We got a leave. Usually our class starts from 10 or
11 but today we do not have to attend our class as upto 12 pm the
strike will be healding. So I quess other official works would also be
stopped. See here, how Nepal Banda has got negative aspect. Many
people or more than 320 vehicles comming from various parts of Nepal
would be waiting to enter into valley as soon the Banda ends at 12. So
there gonna be traffic jam.
