Apple on mission to use US-made chips

Apple will use US-made chips until 2024. Apple CEO Tim Cook said while speaking at an event that Apple will use US-made chips until 2024.

Due to this, Apple will not rely on many Asian countries like Taiwan. Currently, 60 percent of the world’s chips are produced in Taiwan. Due to various problems with China, Apple has also decided to make chips in America.

Apple’s chip manufacturing plant is being built in Arizona, USA, which will be operational by 2024 to reduce dependence on This plant has the capacity to make 20,000 chips per month.
