Now, the Asus Zenfone 10 smartphone is launching on June 29 with a very compact form factor with a 5.9-inch display and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Design and Display
The Zenfone 10’s has a tagline ‘All on Hand’, depicting a pretty handy form factor. The teaser image reveals a 5.9-inch display for those hassle-less one-hand usages. It is a Full HD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the punch hole cutout is placed on the left side as its predecessor, Zenfone 9.
Performance
As every other 2023 flagships, the Zenfone 10 is also getting the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset under the hood. The 5G silicon is based on TSMC‘s 4nm fabrication process and features a high-performance Cortex-X3 core, four Performance cores (2.8GHz), and three Efficiency cores (@2.0GHz). Memory options include 16GB LPDDRX5X RAM with 256GB and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. And on the software side, there is Asus ZenUI 10 based on Android 13.
Camera
As of now, the teaser doesn’t say much about the number of cameras. But it is likely to be a dual-camera setup. The main camera will be a 200MP sensor, accompanied by an ultrawide unit. Asus will also retain the gimbal stabilization from the Zenfone 9, now with even better six-axis stabilization.
Remaining Specs
The battery size is unclear and Asus might go with a 4300mAH cell due to its compact form factor. You might get a 67W fast charger bundled in the box. Besides that, the connectivity options will include 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, USB Type-C, NFC, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Furthermore, the phone will house an in-display fingerprint reader ad dual stereo speakers.
