Powerpoint presentation has to be given in many places nowadays. We also put video in PowerPoint but the video cannot be heard in noisy places.

In this case, closed captions can be useful. To put a closed caption on a PowerPoint video, you have to select the video at the beginning. After this, you have to select the insert caption option from the playback ribbon in PowerPoint.

Now, from the Insert Caption dialog box, you have to select the option of WebVT file or Files that need to be included. Now you have to select the insert. Then you can put a closed caption.
