How to put a closed caption in a PowerPoint video

Powerpoint presentation has to be given in many places nowadays. In this case, we also keep the video, but the video may not be heard in the noisy place. So today we will discuss how to put closed captions in PowerPoint.

For this, first of all, you have to select the video. After this, select the Insert Caption option from the playback ribbon in PowerPoint. Now, from the Insert Caption dialog box, you have to select the option of WebVT file or Files that need to be included. Now insert has to be selected.
