NIMA Academy in the campaign to digitalize traditional education

Lately, online classes are being used a lot in Nepal. Students are studying online after the Corona epidemic closed school and college. The epidemic has highlighted the importance of digital education.

Although online education was not given much importance before the Corona epidemic, it is being given importance after the epidemic. But with connectivity problems in villages, there are still some problems in online classrooms.

However, the Corona epidemic has played an important role in advancing digital education. Seeing the need for digital education in Nepal as well, in 2018, the NIMA Academy Education Foundation launched the digital learning platform NIMA Academy.

According to the curriculum of the Curriculum Development Center, courses from class 1 to 10 are available at NIMA Academy. NIMA Academy can be used from the website and app.

It can also be read offline by downloading the contents of the app while on the Internet. Neha Joshi, COO of the company, said that it is easy for the students to understand as the course is designed through both audio and video.

As digital learning has become a major need lately due to Covid 19 and Lockdown, Joshi says Nima Academy will fill that gap.

NIMA Academy is trying to find solutions by identifying areas for improvement in the traditional education system. The company has stated that it is providing teaching materials to each school by planning effective strategies.

NIMA Academy will help to re-study even in schools where books are not available. Using the latest technologies, NIMA Academy has given suitable options to students, parents and even teachers.
