OPPO has unveiled the successors of its Reno 9 series with the launch of the Reno 10, Reno 10 Pro, and Reno 10 Pro Plus (stylized: 10 Pro+). And in this article, we’ll be talking about the design, specifications, and price in Nepal of the OPPO Reno 10 Pro and Reno 10 Pro Plus.

OPPO Reno 10 Pro and 10 Pro Plus: Overview

Display and Build

First, let’s start things off with the design. Both these phones have a premium look and feel with curved sides. The Reno 10 Pro duo has a textured glass back, metal frames, and weighs under 200 grams as well. As for color options, they’re both available in gold and black finishes. Whereas OPPO also sells a blue variant of Reno 10 Pro and the Plus model in a purple colorway.

Moving on, both models sport a 6.74-inch 1.5K OLED display with a resolution of 2772 x 1240 pixels. These are 120Hz screens with a touch sampling rate of up to 240Hz. On top of this, they have 10-bit colors, cover 100% of the DCI-P3 color gamut, and reach 1,400 nits of peak brightness.

Camera

Getting to the cameras, these phones have four cameras in total, spread across the front and back. The triple camera array on the back of the Reno 10 Pro houses a 50MP Sony IMX890 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide, and a 32MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. On the other hand, the Reno 10 Pro Plus replaces this telephoto sensor with a 64MP periscope telephoto camera instead.

This OIS-enabled OmniVision sensor offers 3x optical zoom and up to 120x digital zoom. On the front, we find a 32MP selfie camera inside a hole-punch cutout on either of them. And unlike the vanilla OPPO Reno 10, these phones have OPPO’s home-grown MariSilicon X NPU (neural processing unit) for accelerated image processing.

Performance

On the performance side of things, the Reno 10 Pro has MediaTek’s Dimensity 8200 chip, whereas the Reno 10 Pro Plus houses a more powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 from Qualcomm. Both devices can be configured with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256/512GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
