Samsung’s new service center in central Baneshwar

Samsung has recently inaugurated a new official service center in central Baneshwar. Samsung Nepal’s Managing Director Sung Joon Park, Director Pranay Ratna Sattala, Service Head Rajan Bhattarai, IMS President and Chief Executive Officer Dikesh Malhotra and IMS Sales Head Kailash Iyer were also present at the opening ceremony.

This service center is the 21st one opened by Samsung in Nepal. Samsung was already providing its services in 20 locations with 5 service centers inside the Kathmandu Valley and 15 outside the valley.

It has been reported that the new service center in Baneshwar will provide repair services for both types of Samsung mobile phones with and without warranty.

Samsung also believes that the customers of Baneshwar including Koteshwar, Chabahil, Buddh and nearby areas will benefit from this initial service center.
