Seven students are heading to Thailand for the final competition of the Seeds for the Future programme

The final program of the second Seed for the Future has been completed. Seven of the students who participated in the program will go to Thailand on Thursday for the final competition.

250 students participated in the Huawei Seeds for the Future program. Seven selected students will go to Bangkok from August 18 to August 28.

These seven students will also participate in the Take for Good competition, where they will have to compete with representatives from more than 14 countries in the APAC region.

In the program, Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Vaikunth Aryal said that the ministry is also trying to work to develop human resources and talent in the IT sector.

He also said that the work being done by the private sector is commendable. He said that everyone should work together to promote innovation and ideas.

Similarly, while speaking at the program, Chairman of Nepal Telecommunication Authority Purushottam Khanal emphasized that the youth should be encouraged. He also said that there will be no need to go abroad for IT jobs in the next few years.

He also said that the government is working for digital transformation and it will create many opportunities in the future.
