Nepali citizens who have been working abroad for at least six consecutive months after receiving labor approval will be allowed to bring one more new cellular mobile phone with them.

Finance Minister Dr. Prakasharan Mahat’s Secretariat said that the Council of Ministers, which met on Tuesday evening, passed such a proposal.

According to subsection (3) of section 9 of the Customs Act, 2077, in the notice published on June 15, 2077, there was a provision to bring one desktop computer or laptop, tap, watch, camera, video camera and cellular mobile phone in use, but the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday The government has given the facility of bringing one more mobile phone to those who have returned after working abroad for 6 months.
