At the Xiaomi 13 Series launch event, the company also took the wraps off of Xiaomi Buds 4. It’s a toned-down version of the already-available Buds 4 Pro, but it still offers plenty of great features. Here, we will go over the specifications, features, availability, and expected price of Xiaomi Buds 4 in Nepal.
Xiaomi Buds 4 Overview:
The Xiaomi Buds 4 have a different design than the Buds 4 Pro. Specifically, these are semi-in-ear buds with a 60° angled design and no silicone tips. Nonetheless, Xiaomi promises a secure and comfortable fit for extended wear.
More importantly, there’s still support for Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). However, there’s no mention of the 48dB exclusion rating of their Pro siblings. It is also IP54 dust and water-resistant, so sweat or splashes of water will not harm the buds. On the other hand, the case has a “space capsule” design. It is IPX4 rated against water resistance.
The Xiaomi Buds 4 feature an 11mm graphene-dual magnetic dynamic driver for audio. It is aided by dynamic adaptive EQ that promises a stable and consistent sound quality. The Buds 4 are among the first Xiaomi earbuds to support the LHDC 5.0 codec. According to Xiaomi, this codec can produce CD-quality sound at sampling rates of up to 192kHz.
Furthermore, the Buds 4 supports 360° spatial audio, providing an immersive music-listening experience. Similarly, its three-microphone setup is said to reduce wind noise by up to 32.4km/h for clear call quality.
The TWS earphones are powered by a 480mAh battery, with 30mAh cells in each earbud. With this, the buds have a playback time of 6 hours whereas the case offers a total battery life of 30 hours with ANC off. It can be connected to two devices at the same time. In that regard, the earbuds connect via Bluetooth 5.3.
