Today I am going to share about Apples in Mustang and Manang. Usually
Apples from Mustang are called Marpha. Here in Nepali language Apple is
called Shyãu and an apple of Manang, Mustang is called Marpha Shyåu.
Marpha Apples are the sweetest Apples found all over the world. Marpha,
the name for apple is on the name of Marpha village that lies in
Mustang. The fresh red Marfa or Marpha apples directly plucked from
apple gardens are so much juicy that you would go crazy. Today when my
friends Jaya Ram and Subash Nepal were talking about Marpha apples of
Mustang and manang area I went 5 years back when I had visited Marpha
village.
