Takaaki Jajita (The University of Tokyo) and Arthur B.MCDonald (Queen’s University) has been awarded with Nobel Price 2015 in Physics. The 2015 Nobel Prize were awarded “for the discovery of neutrino oscillations, which shows that neutrinos have mass”
They are awarded for their key contributions to the experiments which demonstrated that neutrinos change identities. This metamorphosis requires that neutrinos have mass. The discovery has changed our understanding of the innermost workings of matter and can prove crucial to our view of the universe.
The discovery rewarded with this year’s Nobel Prize in Physics have yielded crucial insights into the all but hidden world of neutrinos. After photons, the particles of light, neutrinos are the most numerous in the entire cosmos. The Earth is constantly bombarded by them.
Many neutrinos are created in reactions between cosmic radiation and the Earth’s atmosphere. Others are produced in nuclear reactions inside the Sun. Thousands of billions of neutrinos are streaming through our bodies each second. Neutrino means ”small neutral one” in Italian.

Personally I wanna congratulate but then also I want to add some critical review on it because I am seeing some kind of politics even in the Nobel Price that are being provided.
If this political process continues, Nobel prize in physics will soon loose its scientific validity because upto my knowledge neutrino mass have been proven several times before this and I have a question why they were not awarded. Do these two guys really deserve this 2015 Nobel Prize? And what about those persons? “Nobel prize in physics by political lobbying and for political reasons is worthless”.
“Some countries share the Nobel Prize, so no real scientific discovery are needed to receive this award for them”.
PS: These are my own views and I’m sorry for anyone’s sentiments.
