Mohr Digital’s Payment Service Provider License Cancelled

The license of Mohar Digital Pvt Ltd has been revoked by Nepal Rastra Bank. The company was granted permission by Rashtra Bank on October 30, 2076 to function as a payment service provider.

According to Rashtra Bank, the license of the organization has been revoked in accordance with clause (c) of regulation 35 of the Payments and Payments Regulations (First Amendment, 20800, 2077), as the company has committed an offense under clauses (g) and (h) of section 36 of the Payments and Payments Act, 2075.

Additionally, the National Bank has requested relevant organizations with any outstanding obligations to customers who use the payment instruments issued by the organization to be contacted.
