The technical college opened by Nepali in Australia got permission for a new college in Tasmania as well

The International Institute of Education, a technical college opened by a Nepali investor in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, has also received permission to operate a new college in Hawaii, Tasmania, Australia.

The name of the new college will be ‘IIE Tasmania Campus’, said Sagar Lohani, Founder CEO of the college.

According to Tasmanian law, students will be attracted to the new technical college as it will be easier for them to apply for a visa after studying technical subjects for one year, Lohani said.

The new college will offer Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management, IT, Leadership and Management as well as Diploma in Social Services, IT, Leadership and Management and Graduate Diploma in Management, said Vasant Ghimire, Head, IIE Tasmania Campus.

The former college will have 420 students and the new college will have 350 students. As the college has courses related to technical and vocational skills, Lohani claims that college education will be employment oriented in any country.

According to Lohani, the course has been started as there is no harmony between the work and studies of most of the students.

The Australian government has made significant changes to housing standards in recent years. Lohoni says that students will be attracted to the college as it will be comfortable for people with technical and professional skills.

Launched last year in New South Wales, IIA students also have the facility to receive credit transfers to Southern Cross University.
