Hello Sarkar announces 24/7 operation and immediate handling of complaints

Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachand’ has initiated the expansion and operation of the Hello Sarkar service, which has been functioning for the last 12 years, in three separate shifts. The Prime Minister, along with the Council of Ministers, inaugurated the three shifts on Sunday afternoon at the Hello Sarkar Room located in Singha Durbar. By addressing and monitoring the concerns of the general public, the government aims to enhance the efficiency and reach of this service.
