Similarly, based on the report submitted by Nim Bahadur Wali, the then Accounts Officer of the National Information Technology Center, 17 lakh 99 thousand 700 rupees and the Comptroller General’s Office including 71 lakh 77 thousand 697 rupees for Customization and Integration, which was not done before the integration with the stakeholders, was submitted for payment and 89 lakh 77 thousand 397 rupees were paid/given, as it was confirmed that he committed a corruption offense, 89 lakh 77 thousand 397 rupees was held against him. A charge-sheet has been filed in the Special Court, Kathmandu, with a demand for recovery of the property caused by the damage in accordance with the same Act, with imprisonment and fine as per the law.
