Steve Jobs

But do you know, Steve Jobs, who started the Apple company, was once fired from his own company?

At this time, he felt that the passion for the work outweighed the disappointment of failure. After being fired from Apple, Jobs started new ventures at Next and Pixar, and Jobs eventually returned to Apple.

In a speech in 2005, Jobs said, ‘I didn’t see it possible at the time, but I do know that being fired from Apple was the best thing that could have happened to me. If you too have lost your job, don’t be discouraged by it, but try to take two steps ahead of it.’

Jobs died in 2011.

Bill Gates

Due to his skill and perseverance in computer programming, he founded the famous software company Microsoft after learning from failure. At that time, Bill Gates was 31 years old and became the world’s youngest billionaire. Bill Gates said in a speech about this failure, ‘Success is okay to celebrate for a moment, but it is more important to pay attention to the lessons of failure.’

Albert Einstein

Due to his rebellious nature, he was even expelled from school and refused admission to the Zurich Polytechnic School. However, all these failures never discouraged him.

In 1921, he won the Nobel Prize, the world’s most prestigious prize in physics. Einstein believed that learning from failure leads to success. Einstein died in 1955 at the age of 76.

Walt Disney

Mickey Mouse is a cartoon known all over the world from adults to children. Its creator, Walt Disney, dropped out of school at a young age because he could not join the army. Then he started Laugh-O-Gram Studio. This studio also failed and all the capital he had accumulated was also lost.

He joined a newspaper, but from there too he was dismissed as ‘not creative’. But he did not give up. Walt Disney established Disney Studio based on his hard work and faith.

Disney died in 1966 at the age of 65.
