A one-day workshop on digital banking was completed

Fintech Center Nepal has completed a workshop on digital banking for senior executives of various banks and financial institutions on Friday 1st of June at Aryan Boutique Hotel Kathmandu.

IT expert and digital enterprise architect Vivek Rana was the resource person in that workshop. He also presented his paper on how digital banking in Nepal can be facilitated in a simple and more reliable manner.

In the first session there was a presentation about digital banking drivers and digital ecosystem in Nepal, in the second session there was an introduction and concept presentation related to digital strategies and digital banking, in the third session there was a presentation of setting up digital banking as well as case studies related to digital banking and presentations from the participants.

The one-day workshop was conducted from 9 am to 5:30 pm. Milan Raj Nepali, the organizer and president of Fintech Center Nepal, informed that the large one-day digital banking workshop on digital banking strategies and opportunities was organized for the first time in Nepal.

According to Nepali, there was significant participation of bank and financial institution executives, department heads, senior managers and vendors and consultants interested in digital banking in the workshop.
