Configurable template

If you send an email containing the same information, you can also create a template for it. For this, you have to go to the settings and look for the advanced link.

Now you have to scroll to the template section and mark Enable. Now create a new template and click on compose. Due to this, you can create a template and send an email in a few clicks.

Error in email? Unsend

Sometimes we may send email by typing something wrong. In this case, the button that works the most is Undo.

Gmail lets you retrieve emails completely. For this you have to go to settings and select cancellation time next to undo send. You can choose 5, 10, 20 or 30 seconds.

Get all your unread email in one place

Your Gmail inbox can be filled with so many mails at once that it can be difficult to remember which mails you missed.

For this you have to go to the search bar of your Gmail account and type unread. This will allow you to find all your unread emails in one place.

Place the labels

Labels make it easy to categorize Gmail. That’s why you can color code the different labels to make the mail even more attractive. This will help make the email visually appealing.

Choose the layout that suits you

Depending on the importance of messages, you can choose different layouts in Gmail and classify them. Mails that you need very urgently can be given a layout of any kind.

For this, you can change how many mails to send at once, inbox type or reading pane view by going to quick settings. Such changes allow certain types of mail to be sent.
