Nepal’s Premier College Offering International IT Degrees in Business Administration
Presidential Business School (PBS) was established about 12 years ago with the aim of providing quality education in Nepal. The college in Thapagaon, Kathmandu has emphasized practical education to students rather than formal education.
Management and information technology studies are being taught in the college affiliated to Westcliff University, a world-renowned university in the US.
Presidential Business School has been giving international degrees in IT courses in Nepal. Courses like BAC IT Cyber Security, BAC in AI and Machine Learning and BAC IT in Multimedia and AR/VR Mobile Games are being taught in the college, IT program director of the college Dr. Suresh Pokharel said.
‘We have been conducting BSCIT and MSc IT programs under the IT program,’ he told ICT News, ‘We are preparing the curriculum and teaching it keeping in mind the current market trends, the current technology and the technology that may come in the future.’
Apart from the curriculum, the college has also been teaching various additional subjects including psychology, sustainable development to improve the skills and knowledge of the students. Aiming to become the best educational institution in South Asia, the college has achieved good results in the IT sector so far.
The college, which has been emphasizing on practical exercises, has arranged digital transformation sessions, guest speaker sessions, workshops, toastmasters clubs, writing centers, job placement cells, skill labs, etc. for the all-round development of students.
