New methods introduced to directly voice your complaints to Ncell’s CEO

Now you can directly complain to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ncell. On the occasion of the 18th anniversary, Ncell has arranged an Instagram account and email to communicate directly with CEO Jabbor Kayumov.

The CEO has an Instagram handle @ncellceo where complaints can be made [email protected] If you have any complaints with the CEO, you can also send them directly through email.

In this way, Ncell is probably the first corporate house in Nepal to ensure direct customer access to its CEO. CEO Jabbor said that customers can contact him directly.

“Our respective team will ensure that the issues of the customers who come in contact are addressed,” he said.
