Registration of Companies to Go Online Starting from October 15th

From the 15th of October, both private limited and public limited companies can have their registration done online at the office of the company registrar. Shekhar Babu Karki, Deputy Registrar of the Company Registrar’s Office, announced that this shift to online registration aims to expedite and improve the company registration and administration processes. Karki highlighted the importance of this change in ensuring faster, more reliable, and technologically advanced services for companies.
