What are the benefits available to the members of Telecom’s CUG service?
The number of customers joining Nepal Telecom’s Corporate User Group (CUG) service continues to increase. A minimum of ten mobile users working in an organization / office can join the CUG group.
CUG service members can make unlimited voice calls for free, use cheap data and send SMS, while other non-CUG members can talk to other numbers within Nepal Telecom’s network.
Considering the needs of the members affiliated to the corporate group, Rs. 200, Rs. 500, Rs. 1000 and Rs. Various CUG packages of 1500 rate are available.
In this service being provided by the company, the customer of prepaid mobile has to pay Rs. The 200 package includes 100 minutes on net (available on Nepal Telecom network) and 10 minutes off net (also available on other networks) voice facility and 50 on net SMS facility in addition to unlimited calls already available in the group. You can get 1 GB data facility.
Similarly, postpaid mobile customers pay Rs. Under the 500 package, the group will get 500 minutes on net and 50 minutes off net voice facility and 100 on net SMS and 30 off net SMS facility besides 5 GB data facility which can be used at any time.
Apart from these two, postpaid mobile customers get Rs. 1000 and Rs. Other packages of 1500 can also be used. Rs. Under the 1000 package, unlimited calls or monthly 1000 minutes of calls can be made from 7 am to 7 pm on the company’s network outside CUG Group, while 100 minutes can be made on other networks. In addition, this package can run 10 GB of data and send 200 SMS.
Similarly, Rs. Under the 1500 package, you can get unlimited calling facility from 7 am to 7 pm on the company’s network outside CUG Group or you can avail 1500 minutes of monthly service. This package allows you to use 20 GB of data and send 400 SMS in addition to 200 minutes of calls on other networks.
Any organization / office should contact the customer service center of the company by mentioning the mobile number to be included in the group and the package letter to be received.
The CUG package will be made available to the designated customers after at least 10 prepaid / postpaid mobile users are officially informed to the company.
