Electricity Authority successfully operates 51 newly built charging stations nationwide

The Nepal Electricity Authority has recently introduced a total of 51 charging stations nationwide to cater to the needs of electric vehicles. These stations were made possible with the assistance of a concessional loan amounting to 377.9 million from the Asian Development Bank. The charging stations have been operational since Wednesday. Among these, seven charging stations are situated in the Kathmandu Valley, while two can be found in Malekhu of Dhading, and another two are located on the VP Highway. Similarly, Hetaunda and Bharatpur each have two charging stations as well.
