Ncell’s interrupted service resumed after optical fiber cut

The service of Ncell, which was blocked after the optical fiber was cut, has resumed. On Thursday morning, the service was interrupted after the optical fiber connecting Dhalkebar to Nijgarh was cut near Bardibas while installing the water pipeline.

According to Ncell, after the hard efforts of the technical team, they succeeded in resuming the service in a short period of time. After the maintenance, all interrupted services (voice, data, SMS) have resumed.

Ncell has also apologized for the inconvenience caused to the service due to this situation. Ncell has also requested everyone to be vigilant in protecting the important telecommunication infrastructure in order to maintain the essential telecommunication services.
