New Scholarship Opportunity Introduced by Pathao for 100 Talented Students Nationwide

Pathao Nepal in collaboration with Tribhuvan University has announced ‘Trivi Pathao Annual Scholarship Scheme’.

The agreement was signed by Marketing Head Suraksha Hamal on behalf of Pathao and Prof. Pashupati Adhikari, Director of Directorate of Student Welfare and Sports on behalf of Tribhuvan University.

In this scheme, which is under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Pathao said that an annual scholarship of up to Rs. The company says that the contract is for one year.

In this scheme, a ‘Scholarship Committee’ will be formed for the selection of students. The committee will have two members from the company and three from the university.

Information about the scholarship and the firm will be provided by the university and will be promoted on Pathao Nepal’s website, social networks, colleges under the university and within the college campus, Pathao Nepal’s marketing chief Suraksha Hamal informed.

She said, ‘The scholarship committee will select the appropriate candidate from among the candidates who have applied for this scholarship according to the prescribed criteria.’

According to the company, the students selected in this scheme can study on scholarship in the main campus and 62 branch campuses under the university. The company says that the scholarship will be given to students studying in the Faculty of Sociology, Faculty of Management and Faculty of Education.

At the signing event, Pathao Nepal’s Executive Director Asimman Singh Basnyat University International Relations Center Executive Director Vinod Joshi, Director of Planning Directorate Prof. Dr. Dhuvrakumar Gautam and others were present.

Hamal said that the main purpose of this program conducted by the company as part of social responsibility is that the lack of funds does not stop the education of Jehendar students.
