Instagram Can Track Users’ Online Activity: Ex-Google Engineer

A former Google engineer said that Instagram was able to track users’ online activities. On August 10, former Google engineer Felix Krause published a blog and said that Instagram and Facebook track online activities.

According to him, it can create various dangerous situations for users. Instagram can also view activity on external websites.

Krause said that the app can also view passwords and addresses. The app can recognize every single interaction a user makes and every single button pressed. Krause said that a lot of data can be stolen from this.
