The Ministry of Health has requested to contact the local health branch if the electronic vaccination card with QR code is delayed.

The National Education, Information and Communication Center under the Ministry of Health and Population has issued a notice requesting to contact the local health branch for the card if the electronic vaccination certificate with QR code is delayed or if there is a technical problem.

If there is a delay in the arrival of the certificate with the QR code for any reason, the certificate with the QR code can be obtained by contacting the health branch of the local level.
