Agreement between Citizen Investment Fund and Khalti

An agreement has been reached between the Citizen Investment Fund and Khalti regarding the collection of contributions to the Citizen Pension Fund scheme based on the contribution of the Citizen Investment Fund.

The agreement was signed on Sunday by Executive Director Raman Nepal on behalf of the Fund and Chief Executive Officer Vinay Khadka on behalf of Khalti.

The agreement will help self-employed Nepali citizens living in the country and abroad to collect funds in the civil pension fund scheme run by the fund.

Along with this, since it is mentioned in the budget of the financial year 2080/81 that the Civilian Pension Fund Scheme will be operated, it is expected that the agreement will provide more support to this program.
