Citizens Bank’s new AI chatbot feature, Citizen’s mascot, unveiled

Citizens Bank has launched a new AI chatbot facility Citizen’s Mascot. Ganesh Rajpokharel, Chief Executive Officer of the bank, announced the mascot during a program held at the bank.

It is stated in the statement issued by the bank that it aims to use the mascot of the same brand in its products and services in the future.

Chatbot is an AI powered virtual assistant, the bank says. which uses natural language processing and machine learning algorithms to interact with customers.
