Considering the demand of the customers, Nepal Telecom has made it possible to connect FTTH service and get information by dialing 198.

The customer can dial the toll-free number 198-1 (dial 198 after receiving the message and dial 1 again) to get the necessary information from the representative of the customer service center and register the service request.

Customers across the country can dial 198-1 and register their demand for the service and location they need in advance. The company will connect FTTH in those places as soon as possible.

FTTH service will be provided by building infrastructure as far as possible in places where there is no network. In FTTH service, telephone, high-speed internet and television service are available through a single fiber.
