National Information and Communication Technology Day is being celebrated

The government is celebrating National Information and Communication Technology Day on Tuesday. The government is going to celebrate the National ICT Day at the National Assembly on Tuesday with the slogan ‘Safe Information Technology, Good Governance and Prosperity’.

The government is also distributing National ICT Awards on the occasion of National ICT Day. This year, National ICT Award will be given in five categories namely National ICT Excellence Award, National ICT Excellence Award 9 Women, National ICT Innovation Award, National ICT Award 9 Public Sector 0 and National ICT Award 9 Private Sector 0.

National Information and Communication Technology Day has been celebrated on May 2 every year as decided by the Council of Ministers held on 19th June 2074.
