Answering the questions raised by the members of the House of Representatives on Wednesday, the Prime Minister informed that until a few months ago, the system of waiting in line to get the AOC has been abolished and the system can be obtained through mobile phones.

‘Until a few months ago, there were reports of students queuing up from midnight carrying blankets in the small thimi of Bhaktapur to get the no objection certificate,’ the Prime Minister said in the Parliament, ‘that torture would surely arouse disgust towards the system and conditions among the young students who had gone to study abroad. Now that certificate can be obtained on your own mobile phone.’
