Zoom is set to buy Five Nine, a cloud call center company, for ७ 14.7 billion. This is the first time that Zoom has acquired another company since it became a popular company.

The deal gives Zoom २४ 24 billion in call center technology. Once the deal is completed, Five Nine will be used by Zoom as the operating unit. Five Nine is a 20-year-old company with 2,000 customers worldwide. Annually, Five Nine processes 7 billion calls a minute.

Zoom also said that he has been a long time customer of Five Nine. The acquisition does not make much difference to the customers of the two companies. Last year, Zoom also unveiled various products called Zoom for Home. It provides a good video call system.
